I know not everyone can spend time researching stuff so here's the skinny - this thing is junk - it will break - they extended the warranty for two years vs one because it will break - the replacement they send you will also break - they will replace that to, for up to the first two years - then you have to do what you should have done in the first place and buy a cheaper and better third party alternative - This seems to be the prefered alternative at the moment - https://www.amazon.com/BOBOVR-Pro...B09JNR4Y15 - BOBOVR M2 Pro Battery Pack Head Strap for Meta/Oculus Quest 2 - In case the link is wonky.

Google "Oculus Broken Elite Strap" for more information. It is an uncorrected design flaw caused by material failure that they just keep selling for some reason.
