Any suggestions on buying a TV Protection Plan outside of QVC, although I used Costco Citi card to purchase this TV? It's more expensive to buy Allstate protection plan from QVC.

I successfully just had a claim filed and paid out for over $1k on a samsung tv I bought from samsung, and a square trade warranty (now Allstate) that I bought from Costco. Unless something has changed, the warranty will cover TVs bought new from other vendors outside of Costco. Call and verify.
