maybe you're one of those fat guys who live in your mum's basement and all your life is around games, but most people aren't like that. believe me people have bills to pay and can't just spend $40 bucks on a farking virtual car because they have to put gas in their real cars
It's better than game going stale after year of release. Like most of nfs games, who never fixed basic of basic bugs.

I guess now's Japan's chance to get even with us in the US...
graphics is nice, but the rain, dirt and tire smoke are meh (drive club and grid both looked better in that area)
what I do enjoy is that less arcade handling, tire wear and fuel consumption, wish they show more damage than barely a scratch
regarding microtransaction, I preordered the base game, just got 3 cars and have not bought any credit since, granted I am not going to be buying any of the legendary showroom car anytime soon, you can still enjoy the game without those cars as there aren't races that requires them I don't plan on buying any credit since I am not one of those people that needs to collect every single car, from the start, I have bought the 1st car, a pickup truck for one of the cafe menu and a s600 honda and s2000 honda from used car dealership because I want to, both easily attainable if you drive a few races and you have enough credit for it, I mean some folks want to grind for hours just to get 1 legendary car, i rather get gold on my license test and races and buy them down the road when i collected everything else

I noticed last night, in the GT garage, my Evo's interior clock displays the correct time.
has a free to play mirco transaction template, timed cars where you need an invite to buy them (which creates fomo incentivizes credit purchase) and took away ability to sell cars
its one of the grossest i have seen in AAA game people can thumb me down too its the truth
Cars that were $4 last year are $40 this year let that soak in
"you dont have to buy" is not the point
ths foundation of these games are fundamentally different built with the purpose of getting more money out of us therefor every system in the game is designed to compliment their micro transactions > spend more time gathering/grinding because they ramp that stuff up hoping to exhaust you into a buy
Whoever engineered the audio did a terrible job. A gt350 sounds like a Carolla, tires all sound the same, interior noise in most cars is identical, and I've yet to find a vehicle that sounds like the actual car. When they said they walked the tracks, analyzed every turn, looked at environmental conditions as the sun set, I figured the audio engineer would youtube the vehicles exhaust note to somewhat get it correct.
Driving aids are annoying to have to change, the braking are is frustrating compared to the adaptive braking line on Forza 7. The lack of adjustments to stability/traction control/abs is frustrating.
Also, with a controller like the PS5s, no clutch? Seriously?
No brake fade, no clutch, exaggerated resistance on gas pedal. I expected a more polished experience. The cinematics are great, history is great, but side by side with Forza, it's more engaging playing Forza.
Hoping for updates and patches to add corrections. (Tons of little things are wrong)
Comparison. It's annoying how FM7 is that close at 5+years old.

Gran Turismo had always been a grind. This is no different. I'm not spending a cent on micro transactions, I never do, so we'll see if I decide if I don't have the time as an adult to make enough in game money. So far the money is coming in at a decent pace from racing.

the timed cars is the same system thats used in free to play games its to give people fear of missing out in some f2p games its sometimes accompanied by a sale price i have been monitoring microtransactions for a while and it seems like they won the war for consumers minds and wallets
Cant believe the other guy got thumbed down into oblivion for speaking the truth.
Btw i too own the game and was shocked when i saw this
In fact reviewers said they turned on microtransactions switch AFTER reviews.
