Picture is of the packaging without the adapter. I am going to message them just to be sure because it looks like since the last sale, they updated the item description.
Edit: I contacted them and they said they cannot confirm if it indeed includes an adapter but after googling the SKU, it says it does include it. Ordering 2 just for the adapters. Thanks OP.

Chat adapters tend to loose tension at the 3.5 port after a yr or so .
