If it peeled, it's not actual leather. It's bonded leather, which is terrible stuff that doesn't last. You're better off with faux leather.

At this price, you'd be lucky to get a single top-grain leather chair, let alone 4 of them. This seems like a steal for brand new chairs, though if you're in a populated area, you might check FB marketplace for used options. There are a surprising number of people who put in theater seats, barely use them, and sell them a few years later for a fraction of new. I was able to get some really high-end, top-grain leather chairs that were lightly used for less than this.

Look at the reviews first before comparing it to your $50 Staples chair. They are mostly positive. Only negative about the actual leather is one that said it started to peel after 2 years of use, and the company was quick to respond to make it right, even after 2 years. Many reviews cite the quality of the faux leather and stitching as a positive.

Always one in these threads. Thanks genius. Number 1 rule of Slickdeals, DON'T CALL! Likely ruined it for everybody. Hope the extra 20% of nothing was worth no one getting it.

Sorry to be harsh but a lesson needs to be learned.

I had an Abbyson living piece from costco. Full grain leather. Never saw so called full grain leather get scratched up and terrible looking in my life.

I opted for the mid tier (deliver to a room of my choice -- which would be my basement).

What's the difference between what I selected and "white glove"? I didn't see a whole lot of details. Is the latter they not only put it in the room, they move it to exactly where you want it/them?

With delivery of $75 and a 15% restocking fee.... that would be a total of $284.70 at risk. So, only order if you really want 1 chair. Returning isn't really an option.

They take the packaging with them, wipe the dust/leftover packing peanuts off the furniture, and put it where you want it.

Order confirmation clearly says set of 4 if they deliver 1 chair it will be there issue.

Can't return, but even if you end up with 4 and don't like them should be able to get your money back selling for $200 each locally.

I applied for the Macy's CC to get 20% back also. Was approved and tt stated at checkout I needed to call since CC numbers are not given out over the internet. I called and spoke to a furniture customer service rep and they said that every color of this item was sold out in sets of 1,2,3,4 so expect cancellations. She wouldn't put my order through so I used a different CC and it went through but expecting a cancellation email to come through today or tomorrow. We will see
