I always feel this deal is misleading. Basically only 7.5% off the total.

What's the point of having a red card if you don't want to shop at Target?? Lol.

Ad says no PS cards in the promo, but they worked fine for me. Bought two hundred dollars cards for 175.

Edit: and now they're no longer part of the deal.

$90 @ Costco for Xbox for $100 cards, versus $88 for 2x $50 at Target...not enough of a difference to make me shop at Target.com ha ha

Ha ha I saw that afterwards. I pretty much stopped shopping at Target.com after numerous issues in the past with them. I will now only spend money on their website when it's a really good deal or I need house supplies delivered for free (thanks to the Red Card).

In the past steam gift cards have always been included in this offer. If you don't see them at the register be sure to look in the computer / games section as they are often there.

Nintendo seems to be a stick in the mud, and I don't own one so maybe I don't notice their deals, but it's pretty easy to get Playstation and Microsoft 10%-15% pretty regularly on slick deals (this is 7.5%). With Microsoft rewards, free Microsoft credits are possible. Unless somehow you are able to combine this with red card or credit card deals, it's probably not worth it. Still, thanks OP for letting us know what is out there. I'd personally recommend looking for 15%-20% off for max value. If you're in a hurry, I guess this is better than retail.

I saw a guy on reddit buy like 600 USD worth of steam cards at a slight discount (it adds up) to pay for his Steam Deck.

Yep, I've been loading up my steam account accordingly with these offers, raise.com, and using gamestop pro membership's $5 monthly bonus.
