Exactly - one reason baseball is a dying sport is because their ridiculous TV contracts and that they still blackout games - it would benefit their league if they let it have more exposure.

Just like previous years I fully expect a new thread to start once this deal becomes live. So all these people requesting/adding a name to a list won't get seen. Your best bet is to wait until April 5 and request one that day.

Good idea, and I see you're the first one on the list. While a good idea, I expect poor execution by SDers and will probably add more drama.

FWIW, many longtime SDers are tired of donating their MLB codes for others to go and sell on another site. Most that normally donate are going to let them expire or are trading for a $5 AGC, which is a great deal for a ~$130 subscription.

Like in the macrocosm outside of SD, many people wouldn't mind donating. I wouldn't expect much more drama than seeing seeing a thread grow excessively long cuz of 99% posts of code requests. To each their own.
