I have the nanit, just set it up actually for my 7mo, since we're moving him out of our room to his room. I wish they weren't so subscriber heavy after the first year free. It's like 60 bucks or 120 for their increased monitoring, viewers etc etc.

Have this installed. Bought it when it was on sale for $180. Camera quality is pretty good compared to other baby cameras out there. I like it has the built in white noise and other sounds.

Only complain is the android app. It suck's big time and the video freezes and lags compared to the iOS app.
