Google ""SAMSUNG SERVICE PACK"" They come with battery reinstalled from Samsung Factory. All the screens that you see or buy outside are REFURBISHED, meaning, the front glass is changed, but inside LED is still Samsung Original.

The glass is what makes the difference between Samsung Service Pack screen and aftermarket 3rd party repair screen repair.


HOW DO I KNOW???? Mobile Tech for 11 years. Fixed more than 30k devices. Now I no longer do these simple repairs. I do data recovery from water damaged phones, which pay me more.

On most newer Samsung phones (at least Note 8+) the battery is integrated with the front screen. So, in order to replace the screen, they must replace the battery.

It says no where they will replace the battery. How can you be sure they replaced your battery.

You can't. They probably just went ahead and replaced it while the phone was open, since the battery was a few years old. I wouldn't count on it. He or she probably just got lucky with a cool repair tech.

Most of the devices eligible are EOL. No A or Fold series sucks.

So the invoice you received said battery replaced on it even though it was sent in for screen repair? Sounds like a 1 in a million shot.

No love for S20 FE? It would also be nice if you can do in-store instead of waiting 2-3 weeks. Not to mention you gotta factory reset it. I wonder if doing in-store you also have to factory reset?

Weird, I put my tab s7 which has a small Crack and for whatever reason it was free. I'm pretty sure I didn't get samsung care either.

Yes, put case over it Wink, If you want more permanent solution then you can watch here: https://youtu.be/TWvAkxfLiac . Basically it's much simpler process than the screen but does require messing with adhesive and sensor cable which can be damaged if not careful. The back itself available on fleabay but I would recommend letting experienced person do this if you never done it before.

Not sure for Samsung, but cost me $360 at a local shop in town. Had to go local because the SIM was also stuck. Thought my Visa Signature card would cover it but apparently mine is a sh*try one without that benefit.
