Website sucks. When I select my product for "request service" it takes it back to menu page.
And if I enter imei, it says product is already registered. Arghh

It says no where they will replace the battery. How can you be sure they replaced your battery.
On most newer Samsung phones (at least Note 8+) the battery is integrated with the front screen. So, in order to replace the screen, they must replace the battery.

I get all the way through the process, then on the last page it says an error has occurred and kicks me out of the process.

Google ""SAMSUNG SERVICE PACK"" They come with battery reinstalled from Samsung Factory. All the screens that you see or buy outside are REFURBISHED, meaning, the front glass is changed, but inside LED is still Samsung Original.

Google this "" iphone + $250 million + Corning ""

The glass is what makes the difference between Samsung Service Pack screen and aftermarket 3rd party repair screen repair.

HOW DO I KNOW???? Mobile Tech for 11 years. Fixed more than 30k devices. Now I no longer do these simple repairs. I do data recovery from water damaged phones, which pay me more.

Very nice. A good deal, it should work for S22 owners. There are lots of clumsy people who already cracked the screens
This the page that shows the promo

Thanks for putting the promo. Tried both my Note8 and Note10+ and am getting regular prices!

My phones back is cracked Galaxy S9 plus. Anyone know how/where to fix that?
Buy the back cover for less than 10 bucks and do it yourself. The back case comes with the double sided tape.

So the invoice you received said battery replaced on it even though it was sent in for screen repair? Sounds like a 1 in a million shot.
I worked with a local repair center that was authorized for a few manufacturers.

It wasn't uncommon to replace a battery while we were already working on the phone.

It would 100% be on the tech but when you have literally a thousand batteries for a phone that's a few generations old it helped the company more to clear out some space.

Plus if the phones already open it's a 10 second swap.

They would also replace cmos batteries, thermal pads, etc.

It's kinda like going to a good mechanic who you pay to fix your exhaust and while they are at it they top off fluids and what not.

Course this will vary based on location and company.

Samsung OEM screens come with a new frame and battery installed. I wouldn't be surprised to get a new battery with these screen repairs. It's standard practice for Samsung.

$100 is an insane price.

Note s20 ultra isn't showing an option for service request for me. It says call 1-800 #. My old S9 is showing and says $0 when I click all the way through the end...

Man... I dont have a broken screen but my battery is pretty terrible in my note 20 ultra. I take it off the charger at 6am and by 10am im close to if not under 30%. I have to keep a battery pack with me and recharge maybe twice a day at this point.

I wonder if they will do just a battery swap. I'd gladly pay that $100

Weird, I put my tab s7 which has a small Crack and for whatever reason it was free. I'm pretty sure I didn't get samsung care either.
How did you do this? They don't have options for tablet except "others" which is a home visit... Sounds excessive
