I'd go into details, but it's not like anyone would listen.
Just know that there are only 2 decent parallel clamps out there currently... Jorgensen for the budget conscious, and Jet, for people wanting the best. And the way clamps are heading, I wouldn't be surprised if they too ended up lowering their quality one day.
TBH ... I'm going back to Modified Pipe Clamps for my big glue ups, and making a glue up table with built in tracks. Once Jet, Jorgensen, and older Bessey's go, I will not be buying anymore unless a new brand comes out that makes great clamps.
(I'm the one functioning arm/leg guy that has hundreds of clamps to make up for my Fiddler Crabesque appearance lol. So clamps are my most valuable tools.)
I like the smooth bar of the Ponys and the operation of the clamp is smooth, but they are very heavy. I don't care as much for the toothed bar of the Besseys (Bora as well) but they are lighter then the Ponys and the removable jaw faces are easier to clean glue and gunk off of. Don't underestimate the importance of weight. Parallel clamps are very heavy and if you throw 2, 4, or more of these on a project it can quickly become very difficult to move.
A link to a pair of bessy 50" clamps for $97 on Amazon was posted above and that is hands down a much better deal. Unless you are getting these Boras for like $20 I would not waste your money when there are clearly better options for close to the same price.

The summary is, the BORA's have a "feature" where the fixed jaw is not 90 degrees to the bar; it's slightly acute, and the moving jaw flexes to be parallel under pressure. This is fine for big glue-ups, but on smaller things where you need parallel, it's rather annoying. I'm glad to have these for big glue-ups, the cost savings was definitely worth it, but I'll be going with Jorgensen or Jet for 36" or smaller parallel clamps.

2 x 8-ft clamps. Priced below the MSRP for one of them. Might be a pricing mistake, though shipped and sold by Amazon, so they'll stand behind it. I guess if you're clamping together a stud wall or something, this might be an appealing option.
I also managed to snag 4x of the Jet 50" during Black Friday when Amazon Business had it for $80 a PAIR 😁
Taking a square to them, the Besseys are between 0-1 degree off parallel at rest. All the newer stock are 1 degree pretty much, a couple were 2 degrees or so but I went through maybe 30 of them in the store to pick out the best ones.
The Jet ones have the nice index finger lever to unlock, but they're a tad more off parallel than the Besseys. All really consistent though, unlike the Irwin where one was WAY toed in to the point of unusable, and one was less but still pretty bad
I heard Boras are bad so I would skip this for Besseys if the price is close
