I was at my local Costco in Teterboro, NJ (not sure if it's nation-wide) and saw these pants for $7.00. I was unable to find my size but if you're waist 36 or 38, you could benefit from this deal.

Even at the $15.99 online price, these aren't too bad. I realize they won't win any fashion awards but for day-to-day wear, they fit well and look decent enough. My only complaint is they do feel a bit on the thicker side but when everyone else is making thinner denim to cut costs, this isn't necessarily a bad thing. I was worried they would shrink too much due to the amount of stretch/spandex in them but so far so good.
I have a 40 waist, and have worn these jeans for years. Extremely well made, some elasticity to waistband that makes them very comfortable. The elasticity is actually throughout the denim and it does not go away with time or washes. They denim is relatively heavy duty but I doubt I would make any notice of that except I read it in one of the comments. Another pair of Jeans from Cost-co I like, that can be gotten from time to time at around $11 are the IZOD mens jeans. These are also very comfortable, of a thinner denim, lots of elasticity. I can wear either of these daily and own multi pairs of each. Only problem I ever had with the IZOD jeans is one pair I own had the button pull through the denim.
these are very thin but do have some stretch in them. The Kirkland brand is thick and is supposed to be made by Calvin Klien.
BTW, number ending in .00 is
most likely a local manager markdown to make space for other items.
These were $9 online during the holiday season with the buy 10 get $50 off. I bought a bunch and they were surprisingly quality for a pair of $9 jeans.
