UPDATE: I contacted GameStop about a price match. They told me that they only match prices on items that GameStop has priced at Regular (non sale) prices??? This makes no sense.

Same with the PS4 version. I think most of the slowdowns were due to the HDD so maybe the switch solid state storage would help a bit.
That's what a number of amazon reviews have said, yes.
I played through the first game on the switch mostly just fine, it was certainly better than when I played it on a non gaming laptop 6 years ago. I made sure after saving each time to make sure the save file was uploaded to the cloud. If I could do it again, I'd play it on a different console, but I don't have any others.
