This is my favorite game of the last few years, it's simply incredible (1st one).

It is slow at times on my XBox One X, so not sure how it plays on the Switch.

This is by far my favorite drowning simulator. All kidding aside these games were fun especially the first one is a very unique experience.

Does Gamestop match prices?

UPDATE: I contacted GameStop about a price match. They told me that they only match prices on items that GameStop has priced at Regular (non sale) prices??? This makes no sense.

UPDATE: I contacted GameStop about a price match. They told me that they only match prices on items that GameStop has priced at Regular (non sale) prices??? This makes no sense.

Great price. I played both of these on the switch and really enjoyed them. I did encounter crashes/freezes on rare occassions. I would recommend you to save your game regularly to avoid losing progress.

Game is fantastic but I cant play it. I've honestly never felt more tense in a game in recent memory, I had to put it down. I still remember my first leviathan roar

I've worked at a few game stores, and the new (non-preowned) games aren't typically priced by the stores themselves, but rather by the game manufacturers. The markup on new games is very minimal. Most stores actually lose money if all they sold were new games. Where they really make their profits are through accessories and preowned merchandise. So, they might not be able to price match if they have another sale going on by the same manufacturer. Some stores make exceptions to bring in business, because they're hoping to pull customers from their competitors, but also sell some accessories along the way. With GameStop being constantly on the brink of bankruptcy, one price match could send them over the edge. lol

Can anyone vouch for the issues that plagued the switch version? I read multiple times that there is excessive crashing.

Same with the PS4 version. I think most of the slowdowns were due to the HDD so maybe the switch solid state storage would help a bit.

I played through the first game on the switch mostly just fine, it was certainly better than when I played it on a non gaming laptop 6 years ago. I made sure after saving each time to make sure the save file was uploaded to the cloud. If I could do it again, I'd play it on a different console, but I don't have any others.
