Will this run VR for oculus quest 2 well? My 5 year old laptop will not run the oculus software.

If not, any suggestions for a different solution? Don't care about the laptop screen or keyboard, just the ability to run VR.

i think the lenovo 350.00 USD offer is better than this one

If im not wrong i3 11th gen should be around the same power as i5 10th gen, right?

Answer is no. You still need a Gaming laptop for Oculus.

The Costco one has a better CPU, touch screen, and 4 year warranty, I think it's well worth it for $80 more

Does not have USB-C, you want USB-C for convenience. The 5000 series has USB-C I believe. Plus it does not have the backlite keyboard, that comes I believe in the 5000 series. I also just extended my warranty on my Dell laptop. I called them to see if I could negotiate the price on my 2020 laptop and they gave me a Dell $75 gift card when I renewed my warranty over the phone so make a note when it come times to renew. ALSO WHEN YOU BUY THE COMPUTER THEY ATOMATICLY ADD ON MACAFEE ANTIVIRUS, EVEN IF YOU DONT WANT IT. I FILED A CASE WITH THE BBB AND THEY REFUNDED THE MONEY. THE COST IS HIDDEN AND ONLY FOUND IN THE PRINT INVOICE WITH ITEM BREAKDOWN COST. DONT LET THEM SAY THEY CANT OR WONT REFUND YOU, THEY DID WITH ME.
