I understand they say it's 100% but that can be deceptive. We just don't know how it gets to Ukraine.
Says they only spend .3% on administrative costs.
Razom is probably good too but it's not rated on that site. It does have a gold on https://www.guidestar.o
FWIW I gave 100% to Razom because their site talks specifically about them sending medical supplies to specific cities, how they get there, photos, etc. [razomforukraine.org]. But if you want to play it safe you can't go wrong with Direct Relief.
