The bundle is so big my Steam account is now saying "There have been too many recent activation attempts from this account or Internet address. Please wait and try your product code again later."

edit: According to Reddit the limit is 25 games activated on Steam and then you have to wait an hour.

Ever since IGN acquired Humble Bundle, the bundles pale in comparison to former bundles like the $1 Humble THQ bundle for Darksiders, Metro 2033, Red Faction: Armageddon, Company of Heroes, Company of Heroes: Opposing Fronts, and Company of Heroes: Tales of Valor.

Do these keys ever expire if not claimed? Just wondering.

Thanks.
Most of the time the keys will not expire unless they mention a specific date but you should at least redeem all the keys on Humbles site to lock the key in. There have been issues where Humble may run out of a key for a certain game and not be able to restock them so in the case of some older games you may have unredeemed on the site that would mean you lose out on the key all together. I have had this happen with a few games before so now I make sure to always redeem all the keys right away even if I do not use them right away.

My concern is how much goes to Ukraine and how is that checked. How do I know if $10 donated that $9 goes to pay someone's salary. And $1 goes to Ukraine.

I understand they say it's 100% but that can be deceptive. We just don't know how it gets to Ukraine.
You can direct 100% of your donation to Direct Relief which has 100% rating: https://www.charitynavigator.org/ein/951831116

Says they only spend .3% on administrative costs.

Razom is probably good too but it's not rated on that site. It does have a gold on https://www.guidestar.org/profile/46-4604398 but it's a much smaller organization so harder to find data on it.

FWIW I gave 100% to Razom because their site talks specifically about them sending medical supplies to specific cities, how they get there, photos, etc. [razomforukraine.org]. But if you want to play it safe you can't go wrong with Direct Relief.

Well... to support the citizens of Ukraine.
Send the $40 directly to Ukraine through the Red Cross, cut out middle man percentages

example: Technical Advisor yearly salary at International Rescue Committee
Average salary
$91,044 per year

Direct Relief is an excellent charity. I can vouch for them.

I didn't know they got bought, that explains their shitty anti-consumerism out of the blue. I stopped buying from them after 10+ years when they started requiring an account. Complaints via email got hostile "customer service" responses which were absolute bullshit lies since it's just another attempt at a horrible Steam rip off store. fark them. Thanks for the information, there are better ways to donate to Ukraine if you want.
How many of those ways gives you a bunch of free stuff in return?

Your THQ example was THQ going out of business and they had a fire sale to raise cash. The other great early bundles were with indie game devs and mobile devs before they understood the value of their games. It was the timing that you liked more then who ran humble

Getting for Vagante, and the Ukraine.

Besides charity, these bundle do a good job of filling up my multiplayer games, for parties and long distance friends.

For those who have issue with duplicate steam, why not make a new steam account instead and claim all of these codes? You can switch accounts, right?
And what exactly would be the point of that?

I tried to buy a second bundle as a gift to a friend. My order was cancelled and I recieved an email saying, "Sorry, but we can only sell a limited quantity of a product in your order, so we have canceled your Stand with Ukraine Bundle order and will not charge you. Please feel free to try again later."

Did this happen to anyone else?

Agreed. I was looking through my purchase history and I was getting amazing stuff for like 5 dollars or less up until a few years ago. I still have to admit that humble bundle has stepped up their game the past couple months. I normally wouldn't bother even looking more than once a month before this year

To be fair to hb, I think Epic really stepped on their game. A number of these are quality games that I've gotten for free over the years.
