It's better than nothing when you don't have room for a full size sub
A SD audio equipment post typically guarantees two things, elitest and negative votes..
To all of those people who have taken an extra effort to down vote practically every post, why don't you try to realize that everyone has a different opinion and perspective?
It's like all of the old curmudgeons come swarming out on every one of these posts..
This is only 75w rms, which makes it worth the current price, but definitely not much more. It's probably very efficient with the ported box, but keep this in mind.
An actual $250 non-budget line 10" sub would be 150-300 watts continuous amp power, not 75. If the msrp was not inflated on the Jamo, it would be about $149-199.

Klipsch RP-280FA
Klipsch RP-600M
Klipsch RP-504C
but still use a subwoofer from a $150 5.1 system
Currently do not have plan on the $2000 range one, so probably $500+ budget.

SVS PB1000 will get you down to a deep 19 hertz for $500. https://www.svsound.com/pages/202...oofer-deal

Before you tell me how cheap subs suck, I have a svs pb1000 coming in the mail soon . I picked up the monoprice sub, didn't really like it tbh.
