I just bought this same set up "used" from Amazon warehouse. It showed up all brand new will wrapped in plastic, it was just missing the factory Makita cardboard box. It came in the plastic carrying case as seen in photos in an Amazon box

Thanks, I just used mine to trim out a new pocket door I installed, no issues, using 1" and 2" nails.

I don't think there is a guarantee that everyone will be as lucky as you were if you choose to buy from Amazon when the actual condition states "used acceptable" for $285

I'm a big Makita guy, but I can't justify paying Makita prices for any of their cordless nailers when Ryobis are a fraction of the cost and for most of them, they review as well as or better than the Makita counterpart. Maybe I'll buy in next generation if they come out with better LXT or XGT models.

You're right, but I find it funny, it's the same price, same description as used acceptable with no more info.

My guess is they have a few of these for some reason they are off loading

Definitely look at reviews on this. Very mixed. Trz had one, said it was good in video, but later on a follow up comment he said it was terrible. I went with gen 2 m18 15g. Full retails hurt tho.
