Which Roomba did you get, and what did you like better about it? I can still return the second one. The first one's been the best cleaning robot I've had, but maybe there are quality control issues?
Also spent a lot on a high end deebot and it's sitting in the corner doing nothing now. Maps would be forgotten about every 2-3 times I ran it and the customer support was unhelpful. I kid you not it has run maybe 10 times total and I invested about $800 and then even bought the pro mopping add-on. Easily the worst tech purchase I've ever made.

I went with the Roomba i8+. What do I like about it? It actually works. It's slightly louder than the deebot N8+ and doesn't have the mopping feature, but none of that matters if it doesn't work. The Roomba has worked pretty much flawlessly since I installed it. It never gets stuck or can't find the base. It always is able to empty the bin. It was a slight pain to create a no go zone for a rug that is angled, but other than that it's done the job well with no headaches.
These T8+'s were an incredible deal. They're basically an N8 Pro+ but with a more powerful battery. I'm surprised more people didn't jump on it or thumbs up it.
