If you have the choice, and have a semi-decent PC from the past 2-3 years, get it. I got it on PC on a laptop with a generic graphics card, and it runs quite well. The switch version is very good, and is comparable to PC on low settings. It is more prone to crashing, but....it's portable Xcom 2! (Also, I finished Xcom 2 for the first time on my switch due to that portability)

Wait for sale on PC? Confused S***'s been on sale for like 3 years.

XCOM:EW is 100% the better game anyways.

Get it on the pc. There are nice QoL mods on there. I personally feel like it runs like crap on the switch. And long load times. But some people think it's fine since it's turn based tactics

I've actually thought about picking these up on the Xbox platform and doing gamestream to my phone (with a backbone one controller). The game type doesn't demand low latency and it should provide a visual upgrade over the switch. Another reason would be that it allows you to have this and xcom: enemy within on the same platform. I do tend to think these games suit well for handheld.

Anyone have a thought on this?

Have it on both and prefer switch for portability, even tho performance and resolution isn't great. If I'm going to put 60 hours into a game on my PC, I'll play something that requires it.
