You can get HiFi Plus Family plan for $225 Argentine pesos (~$2.05 USD)/month by using a VPN and connecting to an Argentinian VPN server.
The account has to be Argentinian (use the VPN to create the account and make the first payment).
I use Privacy card on my subscription.
The family plan allows you to add up to 5 additional accounts to your account and you only pay for one ($2.05 usd/month). The additional members accounts have to be created using the VPN.
The individual HiFi Plus is $145 Argentine pesos (~$1.3 USD)/month.

Thanks. I did this and it worked fine. But now it seems I'm locked into the Argentinian Tidal, so I'm getting all Spanish music suggestions. Is there any way around this to get it back to the English music?

That didn't happened to me. Did you disconnected from the VPN? You don't need to be connected to it after you set up the account and payment. Try restarting the app or clearing the cache/data and sign in again.

Strange. I logged out of the VPN right after signing up. I cleared cookies, cache, etc. Logged out, and back in. I'm still getting mostly Spanish suggestions. For instance, under "The Charts" it doesn't even have the top 100 USA available. Also, under New Albums it's mostly Spanish stuff. Oh well...

....I guess I never paid attention to that but you're right... you can still search for the Playlist and it will show them. I see the TIDAL Top 100 USA.

It's all good. I probably won't continue past the 2 months anyway as I already subscribe to another music service.
