should also stop since it can cause GI lining issues:

Possible risks
ACV is usually safe when a person uses it correctly. The only risk is that the product is acidic.

Because of its high acidity, a person must dilute ACV before ingesting it. If left at full strength, it may wear down tooth enamel, or even cause tissue damage to the tongue, mouth, or esophagus. While this damage is not common, it is even less likely if a person dilutes the ACV before drinking.

I know what you mean. Dr Eric Burns from YouTube recommends mixing blueberries or stevia in it. I use to have terrible acid reflux and it has been the cure. I am also doing 20 hour fasts every day and it help to curb hunger and lost 25 pounds in a month. So I have learned to deal with the flavor.

I haven't had any issues yet. I normally treat it like I did when I was in my 20s and shoot it straight back, then follow it with a chaser. But I will definitely keep this in mind for the future.

Sweetener and sugar, nice! Supplements don't need to taste like candy.

Better to mix it in a full tall glass of lukewarm water, get some of those inexpensive flexible silicone straws on Amazon, shoot the diluted ACV to the back of your throat and keep swallowing til you're done, and then swish your mouth vigorously several times with more water. It's very tolerable this way.

First thing in the morning, some minutes before eating, is optimal.

Read all about it—the threat to your teeth the way you're doing it is real. You're young now, in 20 years or in 40 years you'll be glad you didn't strip the enamel off your teeth. It does not grow back.

You are welcome.

Or immediately rinse your mouth after taking a shot of ACV.

They don't *need* to, but it's nice that they do.

This is candy disguised as health food.

Sticky candy loaded with acid to help rot your teeth.
