Atkins is a ketogenic diet. All ketogenic diets focus on lowering the intake of carbohydrates. So, yes, Atkins is still relevant. Probably more so now than ever before. If their marketing folks wanted to really boost sales, all they would need to do is repackage the exact same products in wrappers with the word "KETO" in big letters. "Keto" is just a catchy new name for the same type of diet approach. Nothing new here.
Plus, teenage heartthrob Rob Lowe tells me the Atkins Lifestyle is in fashion, so if I'm ever going to be as rich and as handsome as he, I need to Atkins so hard.

These taste great but for those calories I need 30g of protein, not 15.
It has been my preferred method to burn fat without exercise or diet (via keto/low carb). Although doing those as well, would make IF burn even more fat.
Basically fast for 18+ hours, and eat during a 6 hour window.
A ton of videos on YT on it. There are healthy side benefits. And minor side effects for some (like headaches, which can be reduced by drinking electrolytes or salty water every 9-12 hours).
Unfortunately, probably not for diabetic (or pre-diabetic) people.
