I was able to do a double order (quantity of 2) and the coupon applied to both. It gave me some other coupon for $5 and change (not sure where that came from but it was applied at the "review" page). Came out to $18 and change before tax for 240 bags. I also have 15% s&s though. YMMV .

I'm Prime and have never bought trash bags from Amazon and also didn't see a coupon.
