My wife and I were looking for a new bed and settled on a hybrid. I noticed that Costco has some pretty decent deals on a few of the more popular brands, like Casper and Leesa. Even their "normal" price is several hundred bucks less than the manufacturer's price.

Currently, however, Costco (online) has a sale on the Leesa Legend. It is their top-of-the line hybrid. The sale takes another $250-300 off of Costco's already lower price.

For example, they have the Queen on sale for $1249, which is $250 off their normal price of $1499. (To compare, the current "sale" price from the manufacturer is $1999.) So this is about 37% less than you can find it anywhere else. Seems like a good deal to me if you're bed shopping. (King and Cal King are also available for $1499.)

Reviews for the mattress are generally pretty positive (4.3/5.0 at Costco). NYT Wirecutter also rated the brand its favorite hybrid. It is softer than their other models, so maybe best for side sleepers. Primary drawback is that I don't think this particular model is on display anywhere, so you cannot go try it out. Costco is known for its return policy, so if you don't like it, you can always take it back, I guess.

It has coils (springs) in addition to foam. It's typically a step up from the base model bed, which is all foam. The springs generally add more bounce and support.

I got this mattress from Costco last week and love it. I was a little worried about it being too plush for my liking but think it's just right.

Thanks, OP!
Looks like a good price, with the discounts. Plus, it looks like they offer haul-off.

Informational, but whenever I'm mattress shopping, I always check out these guys: https://www.sleepfoundation.org/
They have tons of really detailed mattress reviews, plus list additional discounts some vendors offer, like free pillows.
Here's Leesa mattresses compared to Helix, as an example:

You can make other search comparisons.
I'm primarily looking for a medium hybrid, with cooling technology, so based on what I've read, I'm leaning towards DreamCloud.

Thanks, TU, & Repped!

Remember do some research if the mattress has fiberglass. I'm sure you don't want that thing in your mattress.

FYI - This was delivered by UPS and left at my door. No haul away offered when I got mine delivered.

Ditto. I think it depends on what state you are in, as some states (California, among others, IIRC) add in a fee for this at the time of purchase. My state does not, and UPS just left the box on my porch.
