I was able to add it to my cart and I bought one already this morning, give it another try.

Yeah, it seems the website is getting hammered - getting Forbidden and 403 errors, managed to add it to my cart, but then the site went down again in checkout. Had to start the process again, hitting a lot of F5 along the way, and managed to make it through checkout

A GPU about or almost as good as a 3070 (which they supposedly stopped making). A 3070 would be $700 or upper $600s if available. only 3070 Tis are around for $800 or more ($729 TUF if you got lucky on that Microcenter sale). For $479, it's a no brainer.
