PvZ looks potentially interesting. Oblivion is solid - had on Xbox 360 before selling. Have heard a little about Turnip Boy and was just talking about a typing game for my 1st grader - assuming it is kid friendly? Haven't looked at it at all yet.

And now I want to play elden ring, but I'm not going to pay $50 for it, despite the good reviews. I have barely played red dead redemption anyway.

Even for $30, I would still wait. There are exceptions, but I try to hold off on PC games until the $5-10 range. I will totally preorder a game on a slight discount from time to time, but 95% of PC games…$5 is my goal on waiting.
I've got no shortage of games, with likely several thousand I haven't even tried yet.
and aside from those games, I've been stuck on a F2P MMO for the past few years anyway.
but I've gotta make time to finish the latest doom, so I can free up some hard drive space.

Prime Gaming this month IMO is mediocre as usual but I do not expect them to give away too many new AAA games every month...maybe we would get something better as Black Friday/Christmas gifts by late 2022.
