It's actually a transformation of regular monopoly. If you notice, the property groups only have 2 per color so the board is smaller. Very odd.

Thanks op, snagged one. Wish they had transformed the corners too though. The old school ones sort of stick out. Maybe Barricade at Go directly to jail, etc. 🚔

A lot of the monopoly variations (like this one) will have property groups of 2 instead of 3. Typically there are also small rule changes to make the game quicker as well
