Do you all imagine that the producers in the US are like a bunch of wholesome American guys who come home from a great paying job and greet their wife and kids? And that the Chinese manufacturers are seedy and underhanded and unreliable?
It just seems like there's some narrative here that's informing the analysis.
Quality and business ethics concerns aside, I imagine buying "made in USA" helps keep the money within our own economy and supports more jobs.
Guess who's sending the manufacturing overseas? That's right, USA companies. The companies don't give a rat's ass about the long-term. That's capitalism for you.

Decent deal if you need one or want to add a roasting tool to the kitchen. Maybe wedding gifts.

Amazon has them in the $70s new.

Wow, a lot of the all-clad is on sale. The All-clad 11" French Skillet & BCRF Towel [macys.com]comes to $67.49 after the OWNIT discount! The ten inch covered fry pan [macys.com] is $75. Thanks so much, OP.

Pretty nice for a Made in USA all-clad item (unlike their usual sales which are on the made in China stuff)

I think the stainless steel pans are made in the USA, but nonstick pans and lids are made in China.

I love this pan! I use it in place of sheet pans which are aluminum. I put my food and sections and cook it all together! I highly recommend it!

Made in China [all-clad.com]. All-Clad says so.

It's still high quality. I have this "All-Clad made in China" stock pot [costco.com] and I can't tell the difference between that and my American made All-Clad that I paid a lot for.

ALL-Clad is the best! Buy it and enjoy it.

I have the Stockpot you refer sand the quality is not the same. All Clad American is thicker, and getting food off of it is not the same as my Allclad American. Also in not induction friendly. Edit: I guess it is induction compatible now.

Idk why, but "BCRF" keeps hitting my eye like "BARF".

I've been on this site for roughly 20 years and this is top three most ignorant remarks I've ever read here.
