​These sims do expire on average after 2 years. Our sims will have an Activate by date on them that will give you a more specific date.

The Boost AT&T sim cards come preactivated, unless you are porting a number. How can you hold these for a couple of years?

Hi garymeter48,

You're right these do express activate unless you port in your number. I was just stating that these sim cards do in fact have an expiration date on them. This was more relevant prior to our launch of express activation. Hopefully that clears things up a bit.

Can you clarify this a bit more. Say I do purchase the Sim from the offer in this thread. Are they the ATT express activated sim cards? Or are they the older SIM cards?

Hi j3enator,

All of our sims from this deal are express activated if you are requesting a new phone number. This deal works on Boost Mobile's new expanded data network. Unfortunately, we are unable to specify which network these SIM cards work on.

No, when I called they told me they set it to 123456 while on the phone and that got it ported that day.

Yeah that was a total disaster for trying to move our existing Virgin Mobile service. Never again.

Porting out is next to impossible. And notice how "BoostMobileCS" the official account does not address any of the Port-out issues !!!
