I have not even got my Sim card yet, but hopefully I don't have an issue. If they do not allow you to port out, file a dispute with your credit card to get your money back. Nowhere in the terms of this offer does it state that you cannot port out.

I got my sim, the black card, which isn't compatible with my phone. After 4 phone calls to try to get the white card that is compatible, no luck. Everytime I call they tell me the ticket was closed. Month 1 is almost up, no service, no solution.

Ask friends or family for one of the handful of unused smartphones they all have lying around. Or get a refurbished unlocked phone on eBay.

The Motorola ones seem to be unlocked right out of the box based on the discussion in those threads. Even then, with referral two months of unlimited service is only $30 with Visible, plus the cost of whatever phone we choose. That's one of the cheapest way I have seen so far to get a decent service (YMMV) and a phone.

How long do the SIM cards take to ship? I ordered one on 4/13 and I got a shipping email the next day. Still nothing in the mail a week later, and the next bill is due in 3 weeks *shrug*

No tracking # and not much help from CS either. If it takes 10-days for the SIM to arrive, then I will need to wait a few more days as it had been a week since order, 5 days since ship confirmation email.

Boost could learn a thing or two from Visible on shipping logistics, or Total Wireless. The past two deals (TW iPhone XR and Visible Moto G Pure Swap) have been fairly quick.
