Congrats to those who got this. Great deal. For reference, I bought in 2017 on a slick deal for $35 for the tool only. Given inflation & the extra stuff you get with this deal. It's a winner.

For electric chainsaws like this, do not underestimate a good, sharp chain. It relies on it more than a gas one.

Tried it a few min ago, the deal was dead. Out of desperation kept hitting the apply button at the checkout screen and it finally took. I immediately hit place your order and have a confirmation email of the order at $55.13.
Haha, tried hitting it 50x and no luck.

I have the 16" one, do I really need a 12"? Any pros/cons?

12" uses less power to spin the chain. Battery should last longer, deliver more power. l own 6 acres and cut oak on my property and friends property for wood stove. 16" gas powered is the chainsaw size used most often. For limbing 12" has advantages. I bought it and will test it for that.

So you have to add to cart to enter a code FYI, can't just do buy now

I wasn't asking how to place an order or where to enter the code. I was asking if code 65SAWWED would work for any other Greenworks items. But now that's a moot point as this deal appears to be dead. Glad I got one, although I suspect a cancellation may be arriving soon.

No I know. My original comment was me asking how to apply the code, I changed it once I figured out you can't with the quick checkout method

I have the same question though, did anyone get it applied to any other products ?

I luckily got in. Knew I should have grabbed a few. Did anyone have any success using this code on other products ?

I think it will do the job. I had a couple of oaks come down a few years back and used this saw to cut up all the branches, some of which where more than 12" in diameter. It took a little work, but it did the job.

My biggest issue with this saw is that it leaks oil while in storage. Maybe that's something that all chainsaws do, but according to Greenworks it's normal for this saw.
All the chainsaws that I have seen in over 40 years leak chain oil if not placed correctly.
