Looks like the centipede base is about $90 on Amazon https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0001LQW82/
And if you're curious about the mft style top watch Peter Millard on YouTube. He's a UK cabinet maker who uses it extensively. With a track saw it can replace a table saw for a lot of tasks.

Peter is great.
Sadly, it seems there's still no one making a good track saw for right handed people.
As a former lefty myself, the right-handed crowd has no idea what theyre missing. And the companies selling the better quality track saws are missing out.
Now, as far as an MFT table, I love em. But, MDF is the worst.
If needing portability...
A 3 inch (75mm) torsion box is a much better design for toughness and functionality.
(MDF is tough on the expensive vac filters, and the internals of a saw (especially if it's a brushed/corded saw). So avoiding it is a must for me.
If working from a home base, a torsion box with a replaceable top is great (especially if you are copying Peter's fold down track. I did lol.)
I've blown MDF dog holes out a few times, and gave up on that. The dual torsion levels make dog holes indestructible. And while a lot of people go crazy on how deep they build their torsion box tables, I seem to really find it great to make it 3 inches because I can use the same tools in it, as I do my hardwood bench since it's also 3" thick.
But, with all that said.... I'm still not using an actual "track saw". I'm using a makita xsh03z with adapter, and a homemade faceplate to get better dust collection.
Having only one arm, and it being my right arm, means a right blade track saw is worthless. I used to be a lefty, and the right blade track saw was the one tool we could use and look at righties and say "You are going through everything we go through, but with every other tool on the planet." Then laugh maniacally!!! Lol.
So hopefully righties catch on soon. They're missing out. I got Ron Paulk on to the realization, and I'm currently trying to get Izzy Swan to see it. And thanks to my one arm brother from another mother land, Leo (HandiCraft) I have a model for what a left blade would be like for righties lol.
Well crayahhhppp. I did another TedTalk. My bad.
You'll regret that. Go with Keter on the Portable plastic bench setups. Even the B&D workmates 450 us better than the warped Dewalt.
The only people I've ever seem like that Dewalt workbench, are the guys that pain their garage yellow and black, and collect tools more than use them.
The plastic portable benches aren't great any way you look at it. But their likely on par with a 💩 Bora... the only thing BORA makes worth anything is their tiny 1in squeeze clamps as they're great for holding my paper plans on my overhead cables. Lol.

I just bought a 4x8 base for the same reason (tired of breaking down on the floor), but it's just so large and I've been trying to figure out if I can get away with smaller for full sheets.

The Kreg is right handed and very good.
