Got these in store for 19.97 a couple of months ago. They don't suck for light hex neoprene pairs. 3#, 5#, and 8# pairs, so the price is right if the weights are what you want.

I have a basic treadmill and it has only one level of manual incline. If I want to add more resistance while walking, would it to be risky to hold dumb bell weights in my hand? Or maybe buy wrist strap weights or weighted vest?
