I have some similar socks from Hanes. They are a little small, a little thin, and pill like crazy after not too many washes. Are they worth a $1 a pair... yeah probably. However, if you are looking for decent socks that will last, these are not the ones.

These socks aren't the same quality as the same socks Hanes sold a few years back with the lighter grey bottom. These, which have the darker grey are thinner and not as comfortable

So I have these socks, and I agree with the other commenters that these are not the highest-quality socks one can buy. But they're certainly fine and they're only $1.10 per pair right now. So I think this deal is slick. I'm partial to Thorlos socks and unfortunately for me they run about $15 per pair.

I hate these modern generic socks of "1 tube side fits all." Look at the tube, it does not taper bigger at the top, which means no extra material for the calf, which means too tight!
I hate that these companies get away with making the same tube size for 6-12 as 13-16. It damages my skin and gives me pain. I dont understand why lawsuits havent been filed to stop these companies from making the SAME tube circumference for different sizes.

I wear a size 12 shoe but have to size up with these modern fake sock sizes. Anyone know of real sock sizes 13 with real tube sizes that are bigger, without paying $20 extra premium fee?

Have the ankle high variety of these, I like them but also need had socks wear through as quickly as these did, holes in the bottom.
