One note: the oscillating multi-tool is one of the few tools where the brushless version is actually much nicer to use: it has a quick-release that allows you to change blades really easily, whereas this one requires a wrench. Not a big deal, but worth knowing if you're in the market.

This applies to the oscillating tool as well. It's okay for the price, but is pretty weak. I was trying to go through some thin gauge metal, and gave up pretty quickly.
