Bad news: Factory sealed box MISSING saw blades. Called Dremel customer service on manual…located Central time zone and closed. No option to leave message. Will pursue tomorrow. Meantime, off to HD to get needed blade and continue project.
Side notes: 1) Had a heck of a time navigating Bricks..k. Usually can plug in item and location to search. Useless today and links in original post glitched up repeatedly.
2). I have 2 HD's in my are, 2 more not too distant. Local HD used to have these types of items in one designated area, with more BBQ/Electrical, garden areas in different part of store. Tool area (end cap) no longer clearance and converted to regular merchandise. Clearance tools now mixed in with regular tools by manufacturer. So have to really look all over, tool area, end caps, center aisles, etc. PITA. Most are locked up. At least they are tagged yellow clearance.
3) Tool was being pulled off shelf by employee along with same branded items and placed in shopping cart. Inquired about price, floor employee clearly dismayed I had an interest. Told me not for purchase, being pulled as return to vendor. Something, something, mumbled recalled? Annoyed but did scan price with HD phone and came up clearance. Seemed disappointed but let me take it out of basket and I purchased it. Hope that employee has a better day. Now as mentioned above off to get the needed blade as battery charges.

Interesting. I had picked up the battery operated one but have been looking for the corded version as I heard the batteries lose charge quickly. The only location in my area that had one had all of these clearanced items in a completely random overhead as if an employee was saving them for themselves. It said they had one and the photo of the overhead even showed it, but turned out it had sold that day...Or something. Going to check another HD that's a little further away. Supposedly they have 5. I'd really rather have the corded version.
