Rebate worked flawlessly for me, I ordered 2 5qt Jugs and sent the receipt of order from Amazon before it shipped I sent 2 separate screen shot photos to show the full purchase and I chose an Amazon gift card 2 weeks later after I received my confirmation email. My request did not show when I searched the penzoil rebate status for a long while so I think they are lagging behind updates. But it worked very easily

What's worse, the bottles look very similar. I ordered four 1qt bottles of Ultra Platinum from Napa a few months ago. They gave me two Ultras and two regular. I didn't notice until I had already started the oil change and noticed one label was grey and the other wasn't.

I just placed 2 orders from amazon today and it will not be ship or deliver til May 10.
Are you saying your rebate was approved with a receipt order that said "not yet shipped" ?
