It's about 5% better due to actual cores and memory bandwidth, about 5% better due to power and clock speed.

The 3090 Ti FTW3 Ultra out of the box matches a good OC'd 3090.

Nope. I was hoping the 3090 Ti would be LHR because it would increase the value of my 3090, but the 3090 Ti is definitely full hash rate at about 130mh/s. As confirmed by a reviewer (techspot?) on release day and by a few crypto tubers. It's about 7% stronger than a 3090 at about the same efficiency. Nice but nothing to get riled up about.

I've gamed at 4K120hz VRR on multiple Ampere cards. The 3070 Ti is enough, but as you move up the line the differences are pretty noticeable. The 3090 Ti is solidly stronger than a 3080 12GB and you can tell.
