I thought I saw they are only 18GBS… just because I recently went through multiple cables purchased / returned trial and error to connect my avr from a hall closet in the house to a tv in the garage, anything over 6ft (maybe 8ft), doesn't really do 48gbs, unless it has fiber optic in the cable (you'll notice the cable is thinner, and is directional with one end marked source and the other marked display). Anything else will usually create stability issues like the hdcp message, or not truly support dynamic hdr (4k@120hz).
