This is not a good deal considering the 3lb bag is 0.34c per ounce vs OPs 0.42c per ounce, plus much more waste...

Big bags have much better per ounce price, but small bags last longer. I have bought it frequently, roughly 1 per month. But for a large bag, probably only last one week at home, cannot stop myself to eat.

Also big bag pistachios tend to get soft and tasteless before the bag is done
