Thanks so much OP! Wave This just worked for me even though it says the deal is over.

I signed in on an expired account & went through the process of signing up again on the $9.99 plan. On the last page of the process, I entered the coupon code & it changed the price to $0.00.

Maybe it only works on expired accounts & for new users.
