I have not had this. I typically buy Theo and Endangered Species. They are readily available in stores and occasionally go on sale.

Aldi's 85% dark chocolate $1.89 for 100g regular price is excellent value.
Hu's @ $5.29 for 60g is ridiculous. Not even close to a slick deal IMHO.

I suspect the "fair trade" part might be a part of this. Cocoa production is... Shady at best.

Fair enough. For high quality fairly traded chocolate check out Equal Exchange or Alter Eco regularly priced ~$3 for 80g at stores like Target. Occasionally these will drop to $2.50 or even $2 a bar. Now that would be a slick deal.
