waffle expert here. these are fun but ridiculous if you are actually trying to feed more than one small child. logistics just don't work out with the cook time - recommend getting a larger iron that so that you don't have to all morning cooking one baby waffle at a time.

I didn't think so. Plus took a long time to make anything. Gave it to a neighbor hoping they would have better luck.

I got 2 from the last deal to compensate for its small size. 2 for the price of 1. Cleaning is a hassle but just use a brush to get between the nubs and it should be fine.

Thinking this might be a good hot plate for making stuff in hotels if there's no microwave.

Why clean?
The waffles just lift out. No stick. Maybe wipe or hit it to get crumbs off?

A parent of a friend of my youngest gave us a similar waffle make with a waffle mix bag as a "feel better" gift when my son was out sick from school for several days. I'd agree, not something you'd want to use to make waffles for the entire family, but was so well received by my little one, might pick up a couple myself to do something similar for others.

Orrrrr, just buy a hot plate. This would be horrible to use as you described. Sorry

I agree. If you plan to do a breakfast for more than 2, it's just a waiting game. Even the commercial waffle makers you see at the hotels take 2-3 minutes each. Fun in theory, but usually for feeding actual people

This is the Easy Bake Oven equivalent of a waffle maker. Cute but not practical for everyday use. Why would you buy more than one of these to make waffles when you can just buy a real/larger waffle maker that takes up only one plug and gets the job quickly.

Mix a handful of sugar crystal rocks with a batch of waffle mix. Make you some sweet crunchy waffles.

I've already got a bigger waffle iron, but I'm considering this for the price to play around with some keto waffle recipes I've seen on the 'tube. This is perfect to crank out one or 2 for a waffle breakfast sandwich
