I think you mean round up's active ingredient. The answer is no (it would kill the grass if it did). However please note that a JURY determined that roundup caused cancer. Scientists did not. In fact, the most liberal studies place the cancer risk somewhere lower than not getting enough sleep on an overall p-value scale. So this product almost certainly has chemicals equally able to be sued over.

Clovers are not weeds ugh. They naturally keep your lawn green/lush, are highly resistant to extreme temperature swings, easy to control to specific areas, don't require much water, don't grow very high so need minimal mowing and maintenance, and regularly flower which is great for pollinators and therefore excellent for attracting bees etc. to your flower gardens as well.

Dandelions have a similar argument but yes I understand people not wanting them in their lawns.

Regardless don't put these chemicals in your lawn especially if you have kids and animals running around. There's also risks of contributing to contaminating bodies of water and the water table in general. Everyone is like, "wow it seems like cancer is so much more common these days..." well ya because people are so willing to use products like this because it's quick and easy. If you want something out of your lawn, pull it and do it right. Don't be lazy.

This can also burnout grass if over applied, exactly same like granules.
I find applying granules lot easier than connecting the hose and stowing after use

So many reviews claim poor design causes the spray to leak all over the person applying it. Not too healthy to get covered with toxic chemicals. Does anyone have experience with this spray bottle?

That study is on people who apply it for a living and they're trying to make a connection to whether it's bad to be on food crops. This has little to nothing to do with spraying your yard once a year unless you decide to drink it.

We don't discourage flying, medical x rays, or eating bananas because of nuclear power plant workers.

LMAO That's a joke right? They spread like wildfire. If you want an all clover lawn then have at it but I put new seed down and half of what grew in was clover. They immediately moved into the new space and there is no stopping it except certain death.
