Love all tires deals on Slick deals. Not a bad price if you need tires now.

What is the difference between Goodyear Assurance and Goodyear reliant?
The Reliant is just that. Priced about 25% more than the same size Goodyear Viva 3 but a lot cheaper compared to their Goodyear Assurance (flagship all-season) and other premium offerings, the Reliant is engineered and marketed to be an affordable all-season that delivers above-average performance.

You obviously don't know anything about this topic. How many sets of tires have you purchased for your own vehicle? With your money, not your mom's? Walmart is a great place to get tires installed. Buy online, have them delivered to store, get them installed for the best price in town.

Or you could say the difference is Goodyear Assurance tires are sold anywhere, while Reliant is a model specifically made for Walmart (you can't even buy them from Goodyear's own web store). Its not unusual to find a product from a well-known brand that can only be found at Walmart, and there's a variety of reasons why but it usually comes down to Walmart throwing its weight around and demanding specific things.

Been driving on a set of these for over a year, not a single problem driving through heavy rain, great braking and traction!

Looking for tires for my Nissan leaf S 2017 model. The tire trim is same as mentioned in this deal. But, Walmart website says this may not fit to my car. Am I missing anything before buying these tires?

I would say the opposite the Walmart in my area does a great job installing and balancing tires and they have a good selection as well.

FWIW- The local Walmart tire person told me that the fee is $27 per tire for the complete installation package with road hazard warranty for tires purchased from Walmart (in-store or WM online).

EDIT- Many WM stores around here in metro Atlanta seem to stock the Goodyear Reliant and the Dextero (45k mi budget tire - Giti Tire brand) brands of tires. Sometimes you have to special order certain sizes, though. Other brands are available WM online, but for many reasons, I strongly suggest picking Walmart as the retailer (vs independent retailer) in the search filter and have them shipped to the store.

I have read elsewhere that the Walmart Tire Road Hazard Hazard Policy covers up to 3 repairs, but only covers tire replacement during the first 25% tread life for unrepairable tires. If that is correct, then it may not be worth buying and just getting the installation package only for $17.00. (see comments about the WM Road Hazard warranty here - https://roadsumo.com/walmart-tire-warranty/ and https://reviews.cheapism.com/best...face-4204/)

costco started their new installation fees as well. $17 per tire i believe. its used to be free (included) with the set of tires not long ago.

I just bought a set of these for a 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. The install was $27 a tire and includes a road hazard warranty. If the tire fails, any Walmart with a tire center will fix it or replace it at no cost. If the tire needs replacing, they will charge another $27 to warranty the replacement. They even filled the tires with nitrogen. I didn't own the car new, but the tire size I chose are the same as the old Continentals that came with the car and ride about the same.

Just a thought, you might try finding a news source that doesn't lie to you constantly hoping they can appeal to you base instincts (socialist, woke, taxing you, defund) to scare into voting for big businesses to take advantage of you. So you can just fact-check the premise (cause they sometimes use a real fact to support a nuts premise.) Or just watch another channel will work too.

If you need to buy into lies to make you feel better about yourself then you should really work on that part. Or keep your thoughts to yourself and don't vote to hurt yourself and everyone else except the super-rich.

White man saying this. I just don't believe in stepping on others to feel better about my life. And i dont buy into fake fear stuff to get me to do something i shouldn't. And again, you can fact check. Liberals feel the ways they do usually just because we actually know what's going on and aren't as susceptible to false information.

Walmart learned at some point to get they're own product line so people couldn't get anywhere to price match their products.

Usually they are the exact same as another product by the same company with a serial number that is almost the same but with one number or letter difference. In this way you can actually get more information and reviews about the product you're considering.
