These are great because with a cheap syringe you can reload them with borax and sugar several times per year. It works wonders.

These are great because with a cheap syringe you can reload them with borax and sugar several times per year. It works wonders.

Thanks OP. Needed more of this stuff. I have an old bottle of Terro that seems to have become ineffective (it's yellowish and ants don't seem to gather and encircle the droplets like they used to so I should probably refresh that). I also have Terro spray for controlling outbreaks of ants inside and close to the home. Never tried these stakes but I think it would be good to place some of these around the perimeter of the home to act as a first line of defense.

These work great! Had an issue with ants getting into our rv where we park it. Put a few of these around it and didn't have any issues

I know Terro works. I use Terro liquid in my kitchen and Terro shakers outside around the perimeter. I've never tried these. Do they work?

most of my plastic holders fall apart - either from landscaper or kids running over them.
