Will it do the dishes and give me a backrub?

It better for $1250 and no GPU.

Not 12th gen so this will be the new norm probably. Still a good price for the top tier hp.

Anyone know how this compared to the galaxy book2 pro 360 maxed out? I pre-ordered it and won't come until the end of April

Haha. I know, but it's got a big 16:10 nice quality display, convertible, well built, big keyboard with USB-A, headphone and HDMI ports.

Think about your question for a second you asked how it compares to a different laptop with exact specs, they'd have similar performance being identical components. You think one would have an edge on another given it has the same specs??

There are laptops that have really similar specs but their performance and build quality are much better. Try reading and interpreting better my question.

The 9310 has a 13.4" display, while the HP is 16" so I guess it depends on what size laptop you're looking for. The 9310 also only has USB-C ports. No HDMI, no USB-A. The XPS is black, while this is blue. The build quality seems pretty similar. I played around with the HP at Best Buy and it felt pretty nice. The keyboard had a nice feel to it. The Dell has better battery life I believe.
