It's been extended supposedly (the offer still shows for people when advertising to new people, and the date indeed says 5/31, but some are saying SoFi has confirmed it will actually continue through July)

My two DD is 5/26 and 6/13. The $300 promo came at 6/25.
The SD promo didn't work for me (deposited the $125 via bank account), so I contacted SD support on 6/18. Last update email was on 6/30 (SD contacted SoFi and we're awaiting a response), so currently waiting to see how it pans out.

Same issue here. Opened the account following the Slickdeals Rewards steps. Slickdeals support said they'd investigate with SoFi on 6/28. No updates so far.
