Then if you click on Sale tab at top, you see On the Counter (Final Sale). There is sale (ok for returns), clearance (ok for returns), over the counter (final sale, no returns). Hope that helps.
No matter what the seller says, not as described, damaged, or otherwise misrepresented can all be returned under Federal law.
Unlike Amazon and others, buyer's remorse is not a valid reason for return. So, it needs to have a stain, a button missing, zipper does not work, wrong or missized, wrong color, etc.
Meanwhile, the Blue in Large/Tall is still available as well as the super sized XXL that is also available in non-Tall colors.

One thing to note is that these coats do run a bit large. I'd recommend going a size down.
